I worked at a Middle School as a clerk in Nashville Tennessee. I got off early from work one winters day due to snow. It was around 2:00 in the afternoon and I was creeping along to make my way home. I always keep my camera with me, and as I made my way toward the subject I thought to myself "Self, that would make a pretty picture" so I slowed to a stop, rolled down my window, and took the picture.Lighting
I really wasn't concerned about the lighting. I was more concerned about safely making my way down the icy road to my home...burr! As I tried to start back on my journey home, I come to realize I was stuck ahhhhhh... stuck in the snowy slush, but after a few moments of rocking the vehicle I was able to work loose and continued my way home wondering "Now, why in the heck did I stop, sooo stupid!"Equipment
I used a, Canon EOS Rebel T6Inspiration
There was no great inspiration, as I drove down Sweet Home road I rounded the corner, the barn glistened in the snow nestled within the snowy trees, so I took the picture. I wish I had some fancy story but I don't.Editing
Can't think of anything I did special in processing - I don't think I ever printed the picture it's been downloaded on my computer. In my camera bag
a charger and my camera lol.Feedback
I enjoy taking scenery pictures before rain storms pass. The colors are so deep and the lighting adds a dramatic flair to any subject.
