Behind The Lens

Location

In the basement of my house.

Time

Not sure. I have blocked all the windows with garbage bags. I live in Canada. During this time of year we see more night than we do day.

Lighting

Yes! I own a bunch of Philips Hue lights. Kind of expensive... but worth it. You can control the colour from the app on your phone. These lights are everywhere in my house. They create an atmosphere that is welcoming and colourful.

Equipment

Canon 5D Mark IV - 16-35mm F2.8L - W/ Tripod & Philips Hue lights

Inspiration

Videogames! I have been playing lots of PS4, these games are: RE2, RE3, RE8, Cyberpunk2077, Horizon: Zero Dawn and much more. That hammer, from Red Faction: Guerrilla!! I seen it for sale at a Home Depot. I bought it instantly thinking that it would be really cool in a photoshoot. This photo was also a difficult photo to take. When you are model and the photographer, there is a lot of jumping back and forth.

Editing

Yes! Adobe Photoshop. I have been watching many videos on YouTube, learning new skills and how to use photoshop more efficiently. My go to: PiXimperfect
