A recent trip to Chengdu china I had one of my favorite dishes called hotpot or in Chinese language "hou gou" This is one of my all time favorites and I highly recommend this dish to anyone visiting China. This style of hotpot features skewers of meat and vegetables that are then boiled in a pot of soup right at your table. Very delicious.....
