Amazing capture. And really intriguing to me... We can see the fisheye effect from wide angle lens, but the size from moon became from a telephoto. I believe this is a photoshop work. Nicely done.

Stunning. Beautiful glow behind the moon. Check out the Covers photo contest, consider submitting?

The blending of colors make this a superior photograph. Great choice of lens and crop!

Behind The Lens
Location
The photo was taken in Brooklyn Township, Pennsylvania in the Endless Mountains on a farm that dates back to the 1850s.Time
The shot was taken at about 11:17pm in April of 2015.Lighting
The light on the horizon is from the towns about 40 miles south of the location.Equipment
Taken with a Canon 5D Mk3 mounted on a tripod and using a manual focus Rokinon 12mm f/2.8 radial fish eye lens, ISO1250, 30 secs., f/2.8 .Inspiration
The location has always been an inspiring place for me where I have probably taken a thousand photos.Editing
The shot is actually a composite where the sky and landscape were shot one evening and the moon on a separate evening. Initially processed in Lightroom and the two photos were then combined in Photoshop to produce the final shot.In my camera bag
Canon 5DMk3/4, 20mm Sigma f/1.5, 50mm Sigma f/1.4, Canon 70-300 zoom, Canon 40mm STMFeedback
Patience, patience, patience. Keep attempting the shot you see in your mind's eye until it comes out.
