Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in my home. I have a huge living room window and thought it would be perfect natural lighting.

Time

It was mid afternoon, with the sun overhead

Lighting

I observed the lighting over the course of several days, to decide exactly when I wanted to shoot

Equipment

I use a Nikon D3400 with the 18-55mm lens. I used a tripod and the timer. I now have a remote which makes shooting so much easier

Inspiration

I have become fascinated with fine nudes, and thought I would dip my toe in the pool!

Editing

I filtered the shot to remove details, and create more of a shadowed image.

In my camera bag

I carry my camera, 70-300 telephoto lens, remote and tripod. Try to keep it simple

Feedback

Keep shooting til you get the result you're looking for. Could take dozens of shots, but it's always worth It!
