Behind The Lens

Location

In my back garden in the UK, beginning of Autumn on a chilly morning. The dew drew me to the daffodils as they searched for the sun.

Time

Early Autumn morning dew marvelling.

Lighting

It was a clear morning so not much effort...they spoke for themselves.

Equipment

My Canon 77D...with my kit lense...18-135mm. Fantastic lense for exploring.

Inspiration

The way the daffodils were covered in dew but desperately trying to reach for the sun which hadn't quite made it over the fence top yet.

Editing

No post processing.. just let the daffodils speak for themselves. To be honest I take over 20 pictures at a time and so post editing is just choosing the best shot.

In my camera bag

My kit lense as mentioned above 18-135mm, my 60mm macro and my 80-300mm. My camera is a Canon 77D...she's my best friend.

Feedback

Patience, as I said earlier take loads of pictures and you'll get the shot that drew you to your subject. Take pictures that move you and you'll have a guaranteed winner.
