Location
This photo was taken in my backyard, during the summer. Models found there clothes with a vintage look. We setted up a table, an old table cloth and we were very happy that the neighbors had put up some clothes on the clotheline.Time
We did this set-up at the end of the afternoon, on a sunday in August. There was some clouds but the weather was really good. I was able to play with natural light.Lighting
I wanted to do this image using natural light. We all know that natural light can change fast, no time was to wast. I had to merge 3 differents pictures together and needed the same light each time I had to merge them easily together.Equipment
For this pic, I used my tripod because of the complexity of merging together 3 pics. My camera was a Nikon d800 with a 24-70 f2.8 lens. That's all I used for this pic.Inspiration
During a brainstorming session with the two models, talking about some different ideas. The idea of a kissing booth arrived. During the discussion, this scenario came up and we devellopped it together.Editing
Yes, I had to do post-processing using photoshop. I had to merge 3 pics together and make them look like one. It was actualy very easy to do. We made some tests just before and everything was clear in my mind for what kind of pic I had to take.In my camera bag
My bag changed a little bit. I'm more comfortable with fixed lenses. So with my nikon z6, I now have a nikon 35mm, 50mm, 85 and 105mm, and I'm very happy with this equipment.Feedback
When you want to merge two or more photos together, you have to be careful about your set-up and lighting. Be sure that when a model moves to another place, that the mouvement will fit with the global picture. After shooting, have fun doing post-processing in photoshop.
