Walking through the corridor of electrified fences was anything but electrifying. The leading lines formed by the once electrified wires caught my eye--a compelling subject for my photographic eye. The guard tower looming at the end of the path was a blunt reminder of the stark contrast between guard and prisoner and their very defined roles in daily life at Auschwitz.
