I have clocks that chime-bong-etc. through my home. A relative who knows how much I love them got this as a gift for me. It plays beautiful music, though it is hard to tell what time it is when the clock plays music at the top of the hour. Photo does not do it justice.

I took a snap shot of this watch in the new Microsoft Edge search which does searches of photos loaded on the search site. It took me to ebay that showed similar clocks called Seiko Melody clocks. These is quite a few pages of the clocks but I did not see your particular item. I deleted your image after the search. I hope this helps.
