The Merlion is the is the official mascot of Singapore, depicted as a mythical creature with the head of a lion and the body of a fish. Marina Bay Sands has been the iconic landmark of Singapore for the past decade. The way I depict this from my photo is to show the old welcomes the new and the water splash from the mouth of the Merlion has always been the symbol of wealth in Chinese culture.
