Behind The Lens

Location

i life in koh samui and we have a nice big garden with a lot of animals here. the jungle is not far away. so we get sometimes nice animals here.

Time

i make this in the morning about 08.00 o'clock.

Lighting

i just use the avalaible morning light from the sun and daylight.

Equipment

5d mark 3 with 70-200 mm f/2.8L IS2 USM lens and the tripod with my cabl release.

Inspiration

i like macro photography and my camera is always in the near. i just saw this butterfly on the cactus flower and bring the tripod with my camera to the spot.

Editing

by this image i don't use so much processing, just lightroom and little bit photoshop.

In my camera bag

in my camerabag i have always a 5d mark 3 and a lens with 16-35 mm, 70-200mm, 100mm macro lens, 24-70mm lens and one flash.

Feedback

if do you like to make macro day or nightphotography, than you have to bring a good tripod and use the timer at the camera or i use every time a cable release.
