I took this while backpacking though Europe in 2015 with my best friend. We had rented bikes for the day and had already clocked about 10 miles before lunch. While making our way to the Berlin wall I spotted this shopping center though the gaps of the buildings in front of it. I insisted that we detour the 5 extra blocks off the main road to go and find it. I had been carrying my wide angle lens in my backpack the whole day, so it was a relief to know that she was going to get used!
