Location
The picture was taken at home, it's one of those indoor jobs when it rains. In the essence of the image, everything started with the impossibility of going out to take photographs due to the rain. So I set up my equipment in my office and went to a vase to take a small flower. Since I still had small lights and Christmas decorations, I used those same red lights and ornaments in the background.Time
It was during the morning.Lighting
One of the effects I like the most in photography is the bokeh effect. I really do. When using the small lights the effect became much more intense. In order to create a distinction between white, red and violet / blue tones, I used two small light sources from led. This created in a certain way a small aletração in the colors of the effect bokeh and the color on the flower that naturally has bluish / violet tones, thus were intensified. I also used an aluminum reflector to take advantage of the light around the flower.Equipment
I used my Nikon D7100, the Nikkor 50 1.8 D lens at f/4 to increase the definition on the center of the flower. A 2x lens in the front element of the lens, led light´s and Christmas light´s for decoration, a background created from roun red ball´s.Inspiration
As I mentioned the bokeh effect is my choice, coupled with the taste for macro photography, I have tried to combine the two techniques, resulting in this work.Editing
Yes, allways, because the image from the camera is in RAW format so it must be processed. I used LR only in this photo. In my camera bag

The ideas often appear from what we often even vulgarize in our day to day or even in what we like most to do. Traveling, walking, etc., can always bring wonderful ideas for photography. I try, over the years that I present images in the Viewbug, evolve and present ideas in photography, I started with the analog and I'm evolving. Always present works with good personality, interesting and whenever possible with a small, or large, final touch of brilliance in it.
