I almost never comment on photos, but this one stopped me in my tracks. So well done!!

Location
I noticed a bunch of teens practicing their skill near some museum. Thus the rhythm of columns. I thought it might look cool to catch them airbourne. I wanted to show the contrast between the relative lightness of the skaters and the definite weight of the columns.Time
Taken midday but the weather was ????? bleak. So, no really harsh light.Lighting
There was nothing special about lighting. Cloudy day with sun popping out occasionally. I added contrast in post processing to to make the boys stand out more.Equipment
Canon 5d, 28-70 (2,8)Inspiration
Contrasts of all sorts: light and shade, lightness and weight, dynamics and solid rhythmEditing
I converted it to BW and raised contrast a bit. Essentially this was it.In my camera bag
It's either Canon 5dm4 and a couple of lenses (28-70, 70-210, both 2,8) or recently Sony a7r4 and 24-105, 4. The reason being my son, who found photography an inspiring hobby, too.Feedback
Carry a camera at all times, look for anything breaking away from the ordinary...
