Amazing image! I love it when a composition comes together at the last minute—especially with sun rises and sun sets!

Location
I shot this image on Hooe Lake in Plymouth, UK. I didn't know before that the lake is drained so I was a bit unhappy about it at the beginning. But in the end I got speechless about the amazing sunset!Time
This was a July's evening. I shot this image right after sunset.Lighting
In this case the nature did everything for me and I couldn't have asked for more.Equipment
I used a Nikon D750 and a 17-35 f/2.8 lens. For stabilizing the camera I used my Vanguard Abeo Pro 283AGH with GH-300T Grip Head and a shutter release cable.Inspiration
On my way to Hooe Lake I was hoping to find it filled with water, because I was looking for a reflection kind of photo, but when I saw the running water I realized that can be a great leading line and I also have the great looking rocks in foreground.Editing
The post-processing in this case was done pretty much in Lightroom by adjusting the highlights and shadows, white/black points, contrast, etc., but I also used Photoshop to remove a hose from the running water. In my camera bag
I'm using a Samsonite camera bag (can't remember the model) and inside I also have my camera and my 17-35 lens. Along with my tripod (which doesn't fit into my bag) I always have the shutter release cable, ND and polarized filters, spare batteries, a lens cleaning kit, a soft cloth, some gloves (with rubber dots on them for more grip) and spare cards. That's all is coming into my head right now.Feedback
Every single time you go out there, you never know how's going to be. Just get outside, enjoy the places and hope you'll be fortune enough to witness great things.
