I noticed the cloud line was following the building line and leaned out over the railing as far as I could to get the focal point I wanted. The empty streets made this scene very apocalyptic in nature.

I shoot with intent. I normally go out with the appropriate lens for what I want to accomplish and maybe an extra lens in my pocket. I don't normally carry a bag.Feedback
Composition is key to a shot like this. Your eye is always drawn to a focal point. Where you put said focal point is determined by what you're trying to convey.
